How can baking biscuits ever be rapid? You normally must acquire a scale, carefully measure all the components, caress the bread to ages, cut out little cookies into heart, star and moon shapes then wait a second century'til they are baked.
NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these conditions. That is just not how I roll up. But then I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)
Okay, they don't taste just like the biscuits you get around Christmas time. Instead they're a bit more gooey and do not crumble whatsoever.
But what largely convinced me was that you could have them ready in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.
Probably the most surprising thing about the cookies is they call for only two ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can blend two components.
Though in the event that you would like to make them tastier and/or fitter you can pimp them up using a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That is up to you!
It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you eat them), but I have to mention yet another awesome thing about those cookies.
They are tasty! Yep, once I'd had the very first I finished the rest inside one hour.
They are perfect for hiking trips or other events where you will need a quick energizing snack on the go. Nowadays I keep them as a fast snack in my backpack.
It also has to be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the normal cookie suspects. Simply oats and bananas.
Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies.
Take oats such as. Not only do they lower your cholesterol levels which in turn will help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with good carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more throughout the day.
Those nutrients comprise manganese, good for bone production and skin ethics as well as magnesium -- important for energy generation to make you feel more awake
Same with bananas -- the favorite fruit one of athletes -- not just cause they contain a decent amount of good carbs but also for being the big players in the potassium game.
Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a challenging day before you.
As you can see, I'm a huge fan.
Here's an example of when I could have done with a couple of those cookies. Regrettably, I didn't have them with me.
Perhaps you have been trapped somewhere in character and thought"damn I'm in trouble!" ? If so, where? Fantastic for when you will need a power boost on the move. Enjoy!

Obtain a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy
Insert the cup of yogurt and some of the optional ingredients
Stir until all is nicely mixed
Put baking paper onto the tray so the cookies don't stick. If you do not have this make sure to grease the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you're vegetarian )
To create the cookie shape only grab a spoon and scoop an adequate sum from the mix onto the baking dish like find out here now I did at the photo above. It's super quick and effortless.
EQUIPMENT: you only need a solid baking dish and a few parchment paper, trendy also.
